Is there a minimum order value?

No, there’s no minimum order value. If you just need a small sum of travel money, that’s absolutely possible. Bear in mind that delivery for travel currency orders under £750 costs £7.50. Or you can pick up your order from our Datchet bureau for free.

Can I pick up my currency from your bureau?

Absolutely, and If you choose to collect, there’s no delivery charge. Select ‘Collect from our premises’ during checkout if you’d prefer this option. We’ll have your travel currency ready for you to pick up from our Manor FX bureau in Datchet.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs £7.50 for travel money orders worth less than £750.
You get free delivery for currency with a value of £750 or more.
All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® By 1pm.

Do you charge any fees?

We like to keep things simple and transparent, so we don’t charge commission or transaction fees. If you want to receive your travel money by post, we charge a £7.50 delivery fee for currency exchanges under £750. Delivery is free for exchanges over £750.

It’s important to note that your credit card provider may charge fees. Please check with your credit card provider to learn if travel money purchases are treated as cash advances, and if there are fees for this.

Credit card fees differ by credit card provider. In order to avoid potential credit card fees, we recommend paying by debit card, bank transfer or cash on collection.

Will I get more travel money if I use Manor FX?

Yes! We keep tabs on and compare exchange rates to ensure you receive more travel money at Manor FX than elsewhere. We invite you to compare our exchange rates with other providers to see for yourself!

How soon will I receive my currency?

Fast! We offer next working day delivery for all major travel currencies. Make sure you pay before 2pm to guarantee delivery the next working day.

We also sell exotic currencies from niche destinations, such as Uzbekistan. Delivery times for non-major currencies can vary from 3 to 5 working days.

Can you deliver to a home or work address?

Yes, Get your currency delivered to home or work. You can specify your preferred delivery address during checkout, and we will send your travel money to that address.

What delivery method do you use?

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® By 1pm as this is the recommended way to post money, valuables and jewellery in the UK.

Do you buy back currency?

Yes. Easily and quickly sell travel money that you haven’t used back to us. Each currency has a buy back rate, and we keep an eye on our competitors’ rates to ensure you get a better payout than elsewhere.
